The ageing process itself is roughly divided into two parts.

  1. Growing until the age of 40,
  2. Declining until the age of 80.

Between the ages of 20 and 30, the changes are minimal almost negligible, however, after the age of 30 everything changes pretty quickly.

Chronologically: every time the earth circles the sun you’re another year older. Makes sense, right?

But biologically it’s not the simple, and the rate that people age varies significantly. The signs of ageing, such as loss of muscle tone, reduced circulation, reduced immune function and decreased joint flexibility can occur much faster in some individuals than others.
